Advocacy
Established in 1932, the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce
(AmChamGR / AmCham Greece) is one of the largest, most active and
most dynamic American Chambers in Europe. AmChamGR speaks for US,
Greek and international companies operating in Greece and aims to ensure
the development of a strong, growth-orientated business and investment
climate in the country. It is a wholly autonomous, not-for-profit organization
and receives no subsidy from any government body. AmChamGR is an
active member of the US Chamber of Commerce in Washington DC and
AmChams in Europe, the umbrella organization for 46 American Chambers
of Commerce from 44 countries throughout Europe and Eurasia.
