The joint venture Pharmaserve-Lilly was founded in 1994 when the American pharmaceutical
company Eli Lilly acquired half of the Greek pharmaceutical company Pharmaserve.
PToday Pharmaserve-Lilly has many years of experience in human healthcare and is one of the
top ten pharmaceutical companies in Greece.
