AmCham Greece New Year’s Reception was held on February 3, 2022 with a significant amount of virtual participants from Greece and abroad. Welcome remarks were made by U.S. Ambassador Geoffrey Pyatt, Minister of Finance Christos Staikouras, Minister of Development & Investments Adonis Georgiadis, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Kostas Fragkogiannis, AmChamGR President Nikolaos Bakatselos and AmChamGR Executive Director Elias Spirtounias.
This year’s reception is significant as we mark the 90th anniversary of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce retrospecting the past, highlighting the present and envisioning the future with our members and the business community. US & EU dignitaries, American Chambers of Commerce globally and sponsors shared their anniversary wishes.
Virtual participants enjoyed the live performance of Ilias Bogdanos and INCO band and lucky prize winners were selected for prizes offered by AB Vassilopoulos, Cosmote Insurance, Kotsovolos, P&G and Pyramis.
Participants shared their wishes for the New Year and the Chamber’s 90th Year Anniversary.
