As demographic and economic shifts are accelerating the talent mismatch more than ever. The pressure to find the right skills in the right place at the right time is getting more and more acute as working age populations decline, economies rebound, emerging markets rise, and the nature of work shifts. As the talent mismatch grows, more severe employers need to have a talent strategy not only to keep up with business strategy, but to accelerate it as well.
