The Greek Economic Summit 2019 was held Dec 3 and 4 with an exceptional success at the Intercontinental Hotel in Athens. We at AmCham GR are proud for organizing such a successful event with a rich variety of topics and an excellent lineup of Speakers who participated in interesting and quite lively discussions. GES2019 hosted 6 Ministers, 4 Deputy Ministers, 3 Gen Sec from the Greek Government, the Opposition Leader, the US Ambassador, the Deputy Director Gen of the US and Foreign Commercial Services, the Governor of Bank of Greece, senior business representatives, special advisors and many experts. The summit was attended by a large number of participants including many students from various academic institutions. We express our heartful thanks to the Speakers, the panelists and to the audience who actively participated in the works of summit. Finally, our respectful thanks to His All-Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch Bartholomew his exceptionally beautiful and deeply thoughtful greeting letter for the Greek Economic Summit 2019.
Note though that GES 2019 is not though yet over. It will be concluded with the address of PM Mitsotakis at a formal dinner on January 13.
