AmCham Greece had the honor to host a meeting at its premises Dr. Allison Schwier, Deputy Science and Technology Adviser to the U.S. Secretary of State, on the occasion of her visit to Athens. Dr. Allisson Schwier was accompanied by Linda Johnson, Regional Technology Officer, Central and Eastern Europe, U.S. Embassy Berlin.
The meeting focused on critical and emerging technologies – Digital Transformation, AI, Innovation, Research, and Security. A fruitful discussion took place emphasizing Greece and US potential collaboration on pertinent fields by sharing insights into the latest strategies and advancements happening in Greece’s science and technology sectors.
