Establishing a limited liability company (EPE) in Greece

“This publication is due to be updated as a result of amendments to the relevant laws which are currently being introduced.  In particular, the establishment procedure has been simplified by virtue of a new law which has recently been voted on by parliament but will not be enacted until the issuance of a relevant Ministerial Decision (still pending).  The approval/registration will be carried out at a new agency (instead of at the Court) and it is foreseen that the time required for the establishment will be further shortened. Until updated, the information in the publication is subject to confirmation.”
